Cancellation Policy of Hotel

Free cancellation if cancelled up to 30
days prior to arrival

10% cancellation if cancelled within
30 days but before 22 days prior to arrival

25% cancellation if cancelled within 21
days but before 15 days prior to arrival

50% cancellation if cancelled within
14 days but before 8 days prior to arrival

No refund if cancelled within 7 days

Refund

The refund will be initiated within 7
to 15 days from the notice of the cancellation, in the same account from which
we received the payment

An Invoice needs to be raised to us to
process the refund in case of cancellation

No refund for any non-utilized service on tour (eg. sightseeing entry
fee, meals, etc.)
-
However, in case of Weather if the
sightseeing is cancelled than clients have to get the same in writing from the
sightseeing ticket counter – only then they will be entitled for refund and
same shall be processed after 90 days of submission of proof of non-utilization
of services.
